CLIL Teachers: Learning English Through School Subjects

The CLIL method \u2013 Content and Language Integrated Learning<\/em> \u2013 is one of the most effective approaches for learning a foreign language. English is not studied in an abstract way, but used as a tool to explore the world: science, art, history, and geography become the context where words, structures, and meaning come to life.<\/p>\n

At B School, we\u2019ve been integrating the CLIL methodology into our courses for children and teenagers for years, thanks to the work of trained teachers who guide learning in a natural and engaging way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What it Means to Teach Using the CLIL Method<\/h2>\n

With CLIL, English is no longer just a subject, but a tool for learning something else: building, drawing, experimenting, storytelling. Children learn new vocabulary, improve comprehension, and practice using the language in a functional and authentic way.<\/p>\n

    We don\u2019t just use the CLIL method \u2014 we teach it too!<\/p>\n
