The training and language improvement courses are structured according to the requirements of the competition announcement, as well as the starting level of the teachers participating.

At the beginning of each course, all interested teachers take a placement test, a level assessment that helps the B School teacher create a program that is suitable and effective for the educators.

The duration of the course and the types of activities proposed during the lessons vary based on the objectives of the competition announcement.
The focus may vary from:

• English language and the four language skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing);
• Practical exercises for participation and passing Cambridge certification exams;
• Innovative teaching methodologies and techniques;
• Multidisciplinary themes and topics for CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) instruction;
• Other topics upon request.
