With B School’s Young Learners courses, children start learning to play in English from elementary school!
Our Young Learners courses are divided into five levels, covering the entire elementary school curriculum and preparing students for a smooth transition into middle school. By guiding children through the Pre-A1 and A1 levels (CEFR), these courses lay the groundwork for the A2 level expected in middle school. The program aligns with the Cambridge English Young Learners exams, Starters and Movers.
Each course consists of 30 annual lessons of 1.5 hours (except the Pre-Starters course, which includes 1-hour lessons). This structure ensures children achieve the expected level and are fully prepared, should they choose, to take the Cambridge exams. Even if students do not sit for the exams, parents receive mid-year and end-of-year reports on their child’s progress. Parents are also welcome to schedule a meeting with the teacher at any time.
For children needing Italian language support to better integrate into Italian schools, B School offers Italian courses in packages of 10, 15, or 30 hours. At the end of each package, students receive a progress report, and parents may request a teacher meeting whenever needed.
