Quando ci riferiamo ad azioni abituali del passato con VERBI DI MOVIMENTO possiamo usare:
Would+ BASE FORM
“I would walk to school when I was younger” corrisponde quindi a “I used to walk to school when I was younger”.
Quando used to e would NON sono intercambiabili?
Non possiamo usare would con i verbi di stato:
I used to have a Fiat Panda. have = own – possession.
I used to understand French.
